Xabi Bonilla’s Chef opens the doors of his house and invites you to experience one of the best dining experiences in a Supper Club in Barcelona: the Gourmet Club I create menus and Experience with inspiration from my time working in some of the world‘s best restaurants and with my passion for the freshest products cooked with a personal touch.

SPRING MENU
1-Hake marinated in ceviche juice, olives, pickled aubergine and tomato.
2-White asparagus gazpacho, smoked mackerel and spring fruits.
3-Artichokes with peas, green rice and coriander mojo.
4-potato ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and truffle mayonnaise.
5-Lamb cooked low temperature, asparagus tips, pistachio pesto and mint.
6-Beet mousse, with red berries and peanut biscuit.
7-Chocolate with lentils
